  • The TruSculpt iD delivers heat to the entire fat layer while maintaining a comfortable skin temperature
  • 2MHZ monopolar radio-frequency (RF) penetrates into the entire fat layer from the skin to the muscle

  • 2MHZ monopolar radio-frequency (RF) penetrates into the entire fat layer from the skin to the muscle
  • The RF energy delivery is automatically adjusted to reach and hold the temperature at >45 degrees Celsius in the fat. The skin temperature is continuously monitored and adjusted at 3-4 degrees Celsius cooler
  • Fat cells undergo apoptosis cell death. An average of 24% fat is damaged and the fat cells are slowly removed and excreted through the body natural process over a 12-week period

The Cutera TruSculpt iD treatment procedure

  • The TruSculpt hand pieces(40cm2) are placed on the area to be treated. Up to 6 handpieces are placed simultaneously over multiple localised fat pockets
  • During treatment you may feel a sense of warmness like a “hot stone massage”’ but no pain. Topical anaesthesia is not needed
  • The energy level of each hand piece can be customised to the treatment area
  • After 15 minutes the handpieces are removed. There may be mild redness
  • You can resume normal activities right after
